An exceptional program meticulously crafted for professionals in the merchant navy
It is a unique program designed for Merchant navy sailing professionals by combining life coaching and soft skill training.
Working onboard a merchant navy ship is a uniquely demanding profession that sets it apart from most other jobs. Seafarers brave a challenging and often harsh working environment, with unpredictable weather conditions and physically demanding tasks. One of the most distinctive aspects is the prolonged periods of being away from home and loved ones, leading to isolation and homesickness, which can take a toll on their emotional well-being. Moreover, the diverse cultural backgrounds of seafarers on a vessel can sometimes create communication and interpersonal challenges. The absence of a typical social life on board intensifies the feeling of isolation, making it imperative for seafarers to develop strong bonds with their crewmates. Additionally, the maritime industry's constant evolution, marked by new regulations and technologies, adds to the stress of staying updated and compliant.
By considering all these factors, we have made a specialised skill development program for merchant navy professional by Akhilesh BS , the founder of MaxAhead coaching and training was a marine engineer, who has more than 12 years experiance in merchant navy. He is a certified
life coach from ICF( International Coaching federation ) and a certified corporate soft skill trainer. SeaLeader program is very unique in this regard.
We provide this unique training program as workshops as all as training materials to conduct onboard training sessions. We conduct train the trainer session for management level people, so that they can effectively train the onboard staffs. As part of this program we impart skills necessary to conduct successful onboard training sessions.
Our exclusive SeaLeader program has optional provision to review effective training sessions through online assessments tests and assessment of soft copy of training sheets.
